Boot Strap Brewing; a new brewery in Niwot, Colorado

Today I met up with Leslie and Steve Kaczues owners of a new brewery,Boot Strap Brewing. The brewery isn't quite open yet, they're projecting sometime in June for their grand opening. We had a beer at the local tavern and talk about the brewery. These two people have a passion for their new endeavor, it shows on their faces as we chatted that this is not a fly by night operation but a long time dream that will be coming true soon. Like the brewery on Facebook as a solidarity act for the small local business. Keep an eye out for their opening to form your opinion on the beer.
